In order for you to grow effectively, it’s important to know firstly whether to hire. We don’t just fill a position, we look at your goals, as well as your existing team, work on a growth plan and that may or may not result in us having to find someone on your behalf.
It could mean we find someone internally in your business, or we challenge the employment construct and seek someone on a temporary, contract, fixed term, job share or another scenario. Or, it could mean we suggest you don’t hire a person for that role; that you look at offshoring, outsourcing or structuring your business more efficiently.
When we do hire for you
We will focus on finding talent within your local community. Why do we do that? Take a moment to think about an employee who spends time in a car commuting to work versus an employee that lives, near where they work, live and play. More time with family, less cars on the road and a happier and more productive employee. Everybody wins.
