Here is a little bit about me. Most people call me Nush. I was born in Fiji, bred in New Zealand. I am an ESFJ, suffer from oldest child syndrome and have been described as a perfect combo of Gina Linetti (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), but useful and full of sass like Donna Paulsen (Suits). A lot of my free time is spent playing football, doing yoga, travelling, beaching and going through many pots of tea.
My background and experience are in HR, Project Management, Operations Management and Culture and Engagement. I’ve previously worked across corporate (retail, hospo and insurance), university, a design for health start-up and now at Sprout! Throughout my career I’ve been lucky to work in some amazing roles, surrounded by great people. I realised the importance of a meaningful career and what it looks like. I want to help create this for you!
What is it that I do? I work with leaders to help support and create dynamic, successful, multidisciplinary teams. Help create a culture that is open, honest and where people are their truest self. I find it inspiring to work with project teams to support and facilitate capability growth.
Building culture and engagement is in the heart of what I know and do best.
