As the Sales & Operations Manager for NZ, you will report directly to the CEO of the parent company based Australia and have the autonomy and remit to run this business like your own.
With an established network of distribution and franchise partners across New Zealand, you will be responsible for establishing relationships and support to this owners ensuring there alignment and consistency for those partners.
You will work with them to advise on how their business could unlock opportunities and how they can maximise returns. You will support them to introduce new technology and innovative solutions that will grow their businesses.
As part of the support for the existing partners, you will be responsible for planning and identify new B2B opportunities, challenging the previous model to accelerate growth.
Your operational responsibilities will include Procurement and sourcing, ensuring the best commercial terms are reached. You will oversee the supply and distribution network to ensure efficient processes and delivery.
