This NZ startup in the health tech space is purpose-driven and motivated by understanding. Striving to make a meaningful impact internally and externally (and due to some significant growth) the time has come to hire a People and Culture Lead.
About the position
A newly created role, this position works across teams in the NZ and the US. As the People and Culture Lead, you will be fundamental in creating a culture that inspires and energises the team and reflects the business's innovation, passion, and ambition.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of people and culture initiatives.
Your understanding and experience working with high growth companies across multiple countries and cultures will enable you to advise the business on the steps required and the fundamentals needed to create a cohesive global experience.
Your proactive approach and wealth of experience will develop and guide the HR framework across all aspects of the business from recruitment, onboarding through to coaching and employee experience. Your confidence and high level of EQ will see you supporting a diverse range of people leaders and empowering them to create the best environment for their teams.
You will have end to end HR experience covering everything from ER to L&D to culture and engagement to take this business to the next level from a people perspective.
About the ideal background
You will have experience developing and leading an HR function in a high growth (startup or scaling business) environment. Knowledge and experience in how to successfully connect multiple locations across multiple countries and cultures is essential. We’re looking for someone who can operate both strategically and roll up their sleeves, this is a greenfields role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
