Your role & responsibilities...
Based in our Kingsland office, this role is the support mechanism behind the scenes, vital to what we do and critical for delivery. 

The average day will include:

  • Reference checking
  • Onboarding & induction programs
  • Supporting the creation of workshop slides and content
  • Writing job advertisements
  • Attending client meetings and job briefings
  • Providing care and follow up for businesses and the people we support
  • Researching and mapping markets
  • CRM management
  • Product development and enhancement
  • Business process improvement
  • Ad hoc HR & Recruitment support

Who you are…
We are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and enjoys working in a fast paced, varied and busy environment. We like to have fun, so your energy and enthusiasm will add to our team.

Ideally we are looking for someone that has previous experience in agency recruitment as a candidate manager or in a support role so you can hit the ground running; we will support you in learning new skills around the HR and Culture initiatives.

You must have experience in some or all of the above responsibilites and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with powerpoint, word and excel is essential.
