The business is a well established, kiwi owned consultancy and advisory service. Based in a creative, open and shared offices in Parnell, they are an organisation that is ambitious, fast growing and very flexible around hours/days and the working week.

The role...
Reporting to the CEO & Founder you will provide support around 

  • Diary management 
  • Travel management 
  • Note taking and reporting
  • Ensuring any material/collateral required for meetings is coordinated with the team 
  • Prioritising tasks and event scheduling
  • Client contact (Phone, Email)
  • Accounts Adminstration 
  • HR adminstration 
  • Marketing admin and support 
Along with some general office duties that will support the wider team like updating employee records, leave forms, handling any queries from the accounts team around billing & invoicing. 

Your experience...
You will need to have prior experience in a PA/EA role or an office management position. You will enjoy working in a small team environment where you can be across everything and enjoy organizing and keeping others on track. Your experience in busy environments will ensure that you can stay focused, calm and structured when they experience peaks.

You will have experience using Microsoft Office & presentation tools. Experience with Xero would be ideal.

This is a permanent, full time role (40 hours) with flexibility on start/finish times.
