About the role
This new role works in the People & Communications team and acts as the intersection between people, communications, HR, and recruitment. As you might guess, this role is one of a kind and gives you the opportunity to use your passion for and knowledge of comms to look at social media channels, build an internal marketing strategy, and examine the employer brand whilst also developing you into a more people-focused position. You will be expected to build a network internally, get to know the employees and understand them, identify potential challenges and find solutions.

For this role, we’re seeking someone who has a marketing/comms background but has an interest in broadening their role to include some HR and recruitment as well. You will be responsible for supporting people leaders with recruitment, organising payroll (with an outsourced agency), and from time to time you may need to support the realignment of the teams as they change the way they work. Working in an agile, co-creation environment you’ll have plenty of support to learn what you don’t know as well an awesome team who will have your back.

  
About the person
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, someone who gets things done and has examples of awesome new ideas they’ve brought to a business whether it be a change to internal comms, the implementation of some new technology, or something else entirely. You’ll love celebrating people’s successes and have some cool stories to tell about how you’ve told other people’s stories.

You may come from a traditional comms – PR or internal - background or you may have a mixture of comms and other experience, ideally you’ll have had a bit of exposure to either HR or recruitment but we believe this can be learned if you have the right attitude. This role would likely suit someone with around 5 – 7 years of experience, more important than this though is your great attitude and high energy.
