The Role
This role is an exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient administrator, with meticulous attention to detail, who is interested in gaining some experience in export. 

This varied role will see you processing orders, managing multiple stakeholders from logistics and freight providers to warehousing, packaging and design companies.  You will be preparing documentation for customs and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as compiling various reports and documents for internal use.

This is a role that requires you to be highly organised with a calm and collected demeanor and the ability to see the possibilities rather than the obstacles.
 
You will bring:

  •  A minimum of two years experience in an administrative position
  •  Meticulous attention to detail - this is crucial, given the degree of documentation you are working with as well as the variety of stakeholders you are dealing with.
  • Team spirit -  as per the opening quote, this organisation work together as a team through good and tough times.  There is no space for self serving takers here, only generous givers. process driven with the ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Passion for serving customers - treat them well with professionalism and respect
  • Committed and driven - willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Fabulous communication skills, articulate verbally and professional writing with a strong command of the English language.
